Filter Properties, with some examples:

Amount of Floors: find a duplex apartment with 2 floors.

Subtype: see only penthouses and lofts.

Liveable/Net Area and Plot/Gross Area: find a house with 200m² liveable area on a huge plot of 1500m².

Rooms: find a property with 2 living rooms and 3 bedrooms.

Amenities: see properties with a sauna or a pool.

Floor: find properties on the ground level. Or on the 10th floor.
