Adding a feedback to a visit

This is how you can easily add a feedback after a visit in SweepBright.

Once a visit date and time has passed, it will automatically move into the Past Visits tab on the Planning section in SweepBright.

From there you simply need to confirm if the visit actually took place, in that case clicking "Yes" will register the visit. If it was cancelled on a short notice for example, you can just click "No". Here's what you can do to add a feedback to a visit:

  1. Click "Yes" to register the visit.

  2. Navigate to your "Activity" section.

  3. You can see the registered visit here.

  4. Click on "Add a feedback".

  5. Add the feedback and your comments.

  6. Click Register Feedback
