This is a big one you've all been waiting for. When you're in a basement, or in a rural area with no internet, you can now create new properties without internet connection.

As a little extra, you can also save existing properties for offline use later. Here's how to do it: on the Properties list, swipe to the right ⏩ to reveal the Available Offline button. Tap the button to make a property available offline. Super useful when you know you'll be travelling to a place with bad phone reception.

We’ve recently released the Views feature for Contacts. Our most requested feature was to have the same ability for Contacts, and we've released this now.

With the new Views feature, you can save any combination of Filters and Sorting into a custom View. Simply tap on All Properties to switch to one of the default Views. We’ve prepared My Leads, My Owners and Offers for you. Go ahead and customize your filters and sorting. Then tap Save Current View to create a new one. It’s really that simple.

Views is our way to help you follow up and close more deals. This is just the beginning and we think you’ll love it.

Working together in a legal structure with multiple legal entities in a single team? Great! You're taking advantage of your data to close more deals. We’ve now made it possible to link a Property to a specific Legal Entity. This allows you to automatically create the right documents for sales agreements with the details of the correct Legal Entity.

Company Admins and Team Admins can manage Legal Entities in Teams → Legal Entities.
