New Legal Fields for 🇧🇪🇫🇷 and a list of improvements for the iOS App

Updated over 3 months ago

What's New

Filter Properties on the Map view on the iOS App.

What’s Updated

Quickly clear the Location field when you schedule a Visit.

Publish longer descriptions to Immoweb v2. Up to 1500 characters.

When a buyer lead reacts to a property they are interested in, we automatically create a search preference with a realistic price range for that contact. Let’s say a lead is interested in an Apartment of € 500 000 in London, we used to create a search preference for “Apartment, London, min. € 350 000, max € 550 000". This would lead to matches that were out of the price range of what the person was looking for. We’ve now changed this to be closer to the asking price of the property they showed interest in. In the example it would be max. € 525 000 and min. € 475 000. This improves the match results when you try to find properties for these buyer leads.

When you accidentally reply to a system email, you receive a reply that it was probably not what you intended to do.
