Houses now have more subtypes: Detached, Semi-detached, Terraced or End of terrace. In French these are Détachée / individuelle, Semi-détachée, Maison mitoyenne or Maison semi-mitoyenne.
All Properties now have a Property Tax field, which is available as Taxe foncière in France and Précompte immobilier in Belgium.
Apartments in France now have a Number of Residential Lots field, which is available as Nombre de lots d'habitation.
All Properties To Let now have a Recurring Costs field, which is available as Charges in France and Belgium.
All of this data is available on the Website API. And it will also show up on Publication Channels that support them.

The Cadastral Income field is now available in France as Valeur locative. For Belgium, it remains Revenu cadastral.

When filtering by price on the Properties list, we don't share the filter anymore between Properties To Let and Properties For Sale
