What is a Match in SweepBright?

Properties boast a variety of features. Take, for instance, a property with an asking price of €350,000, an apartment type, located in Ghent, and a certain number of bedrooms.

On the flip side, leads have search preferences. They might be looking for an apartment in Ghent with a maximum budget of €380,000.

A Match is born when a property's features align with a lead's search preferences.

In the example mentioned, there's a Match between the property and the lead. If the lead's maximum budget were lower, say €300,000, then it wouldn't be a match. Similarly, if the property's asking price were higher, like €420,000, there wouldn't be a match either.

There are many more property features and search preferences we take into account. You'll find more on this later in the article.

In SweepBright, you can hunt for a Match from both the property's and the lead's side.
