In SweepBright you can save your documents in 3 ways (Upload/ Create documents/ Request via mail). For more info about the ways of uploading check out this article.
Once uploaded, you can download and share them easily via mail to your contacts.
This is how:
Web Application
Properties > Legal & Docs > Documents
Select the document + select the editor
2. Click on Download
3. Once downloaded, you can send it by mail, chat,... to your contacts
