SweepBright allows you to request Pictures or Documents by e-mail (to a photographer, an architect, the owner, etc.).
To do so, follow these steps:
Note: Below the guide will explain how to request images. However, the way to do is exactly the same for the documents (from Docs & Plans > Add Documents).
On a property record, select Images.
Click on Add Images then Request via e-mail.
Enter the e-mail address and the name of your contact, then click Request Images.
4. The e-mail received by your contact should look like the capture below. It has a link so the images can be downloaded.
5. Once your contact has sent you the images, he should this confirmation message:
Yourself, if you are the assigned negotiator of this property, should receive an e-mail telling you the images have been sent for this property.
6. If you go back on the property record in SweepBright, you should see the picture has been downloaded:
Note: The images will be downloaded in "Private mode" don't forget to put them on "Public" so they can be published as well.
Tip: For the Documents, you simply need to go to Docs & Plans and then click Add Documents then Request via e-mail.
The rest is working exactly as for the images.
