In SweepBright, you can choose to create a independent property (an apartment or a house) or a Project of newly built apartments or houses.

You can create a Project by selecting it while creating a property, here:

Once created, you can fill in all the project's details and add the units (each units having it's own details like the price, amount of bedrooms, etc):

Tip: If you have multiple units which are mostly similar, you can duplicate a unit here:
