SweepBright leaves you the choice of using a percentage or a fixed commission, or both.

In the Settings menu, you just need to fill in the field relevant for you:

Please note that, when you'll publish you property on the portals, those fields will not automatically add to the property price in the Price menu.

You will note that the Owner's commission fields are marked with a 🔒 icon. This means that the data you fill in those fields will not be published on the portals.
