How to add a new Immoweb channel

If you're new to SweepBright and wish to activate Immoweb in your account, this article is for you!

Updated over a week ago

Before you setup your Immoweb channel in SweepBright, you need to have a couple of things ready:

  • Before all, contact Immoweb ([email protected]) and ask them to connect you to SweepBright as publication source. You'll need to communicate to them your Offerer ID.

How to know my Offerer ID?
Your Offerer ID correspond to the right-most 6 digits of your Immoweb client number. So let's say that in this example your client number is 1234567. In this case, your Offerer ID is 234567.

  • Your Immoweb Pro account login e-mail

  • Your Immoweb Pro account password

  • Your Offerer ID (as described above)

  • Basically, you'll need the login you use to connect to this page setup and ready.

Now, in SweepBright, please follow these steps:

  • On the top-left menu, select "Publication channels"

  • Select "Portals"

  • Click "Add portals" on the top-right

  • IMPORTANT: Select the "Immoweb (new)" channel, not the "Immoweb" one.

  • You can fill-in the "Add Immoweb (new)" window as follows:

    • Immoweb API login: This is your Immoweb Pro account login e-mail address

    • Immoweb API password: This is your Immoweb Pro account login password

    • Offerer ID: This is the right-most 6 digits of your Immoweb client number. So for example, if your Immoweb client nnumber is 1234567, then your Offerer ID is 234567.

  • Click "Add"

  • You are now ready to publish to Immoweb.

  • IMPORTANT: If, at some point, you update your Immoweb Pro account credentials (login e-mail and/or password), you'll need to update these in SweepBright as well (by following these exact same steps). Otherwise, your publications to Immoweb won't work anymore.
