Manually add an activity to the timeline of a Property or Contact

Even though calls made from your mobile app or scheduled visits are automatically recorded in your timeline, there may be times when you want to enter activities manually.


Let me show you how to add an activity manually step by step:

1- Select your property or contact and then go to the "Activity" tab.

2- Click on the "Register Activity" button on the top right of your screen.

3- Choose the type of activity from the list.

4- Next:

  • Select a contact if you are recording an activity in the timeline of a property 🏠

  • Select a property if you are recording an activity in the timeline of a contact 💁

5- Then click on the "Register" button in the upper right corner.

6- Well done! A confirmation message appears. Click on "Add Feedback" to add more details and/or comments for your owner or for yourself (this last one will remain top secret 🤫).

The owner comment and feedbacks will be automatically integrated in your owner's activity report.

That's all! Don't lose track of last minute situations anymore 🧶
