A workspace that stays out of your way

The interface feels lighter and more focused. Spacing, shadows, and typography have been refined so the important things – your properties, contacts, and visits – stand front and center. Buttons and icons in the sidebar are clearer and more tactile.

Precision in every detail

Dates and times are displayed with improved accuracy throughout the app, ensuring perfect clarity across time zones, platforms, and schedules.

Faster than ever

Data loads significantly faster across lists, details, and search. Scrolling feels smooth, filters respond instantly, and large portfolios stay responsive – even with millions of items.

Drag, drop, and make it yours

Reorder saved views directly in the sidebar. Duplicate, rename, or delete with the ⋯ menu, and duplicated views keep your layout exactly as you like it.

Search at the speed of thought

Press ⌘/Ctrl + F from anywhere to jump straight to search. Dynamically add ro remove filter and sort chips as you refine results, keeping context crystal clear.

Keyboard-friendly by design

Shortcuts are now friendly to international keyboards. Open or close the sidebar with ; and fly through your day with improved, unobtrusive tooltips that surface only when helpful.

Built for larger screens

A rebalanced header and tighter layouts make the app feel right at home on larger displays, allowing you to see more data at a glance.

Details that make sense

Property Details are reorganized into clear, logical sections – Location, Structure, Features, Price, Legal, Images, Description, Docs & Plans, Deal/Contract – so you find what you need faster. If you start editing and try to leave, the app offers to save your changes making sure your work is always safe.

Accuracy you can trust

Floor 0 can be shown when that's the reality. Total building floors are visible in Features. Fees are labeled correctly. Address autofill is improved, and "Any" placeholders are gone for a cleaner look.

Images that keep up

Open a smooth image carousel, move with your arrow keys ←→ or on-screen controls, and add as many photos as you need – there's no longer an upload limit.

Linked records made easy

Create a Buyer or Owner straight from a Deal or Contract. Filter your properties by Owner or Buyer in one click to get to the right record faster.

More precise locations, everywhere

Addresses now capture finer geographic detail – Borough / District, Province / State, and Region are all visible – with accurate local translations for French (France & Belgium) and Dutch (Belgium). Every listing feels native to its market.

A structure that mirrors reality

Amenities and surface areas are now linked intelligently – so when a property has a terrace or garden, its orientation and surface appear side-by-side. The layout feels instantly familiar to anyone using the mobile apps.

Edit labels in place

Create and modify labels right from the Contacts table – no detours. The Archive filter now works the same way on Contacts as on Properties.

Quick Look, reimagined for web

Quick Look arrives on the new Web App with more power and context. Instantly preview property details, or a contact's search preferences and notes, without breaking flow. Present any property full-screen directly from your list – a beautifully simple way to bring listings to life.

Match flow that matches how you work

You can manually register an interaction directly from a Match list – perfect for "not interested" calls or quick follow-ups – and the "already sent" checkmark now displays correctly everywhere.

Search anywhere, match anyone

From the Match section, you can now search across all properties or contacts, making it effortless to send any property to any contact in seconds.

Schedules return – refreshed

The Schedule section is back with a cleaner UI and a sidebar counter for unregistered past visits, helping teams close the loop quickly.

Feedback that fits the moment

Add feedback immediately after registering a visit. Activities can now hold multiple feedback entries – keep private notes for the team and share a polished public update with owners when you're ready.

Clarity for lead interest

Quickly view which leads are Interested or Not Interested directly from a property's Activity. Follow-ups are easier, faster, and far more visual.

See the future at a glance

The Activity timeline now shows upcoming visit dates, helping agents plan ahead without leaving the page. Every future interaction is exactly where you expect it – in the story of the property.

Create visit dashboards

Sort and filter properties by visit state – None upcoming, Upcoming, Visited, To register, Missed – to spot momentum and gaps instantly. It's the fastest way to see which listings need attention now.

Coordination without friction

Schedule visits on shared properties with the same ease as your own, so collaboration across teams feels natural.

Geography that speaks your language

Filter by geographic zone and see the zone highlighted directly on the map – ideal for sales territories, campaign areas, or custom regions.

Media that moves at your speed

Image uploads are faster, more reliable, and unlimited – drag and drop up to 50 photos at once. Swap images between private and public sections in seconds, download originals, or inspect large previews directly in your browser. The same fluid experience now extends to PDFs and plans.

Little touches, big difference

Textareas grow as you type. Tooltips are cleaner and more consistent. The "Browse" action in Docs & Plans behaves exactly as expected. CO₂ limits no longer cap large buildings. And when you duplicate a view, your columns come along for the ride.
