Estimate Status 📊
Yes, it's finally here: you can enjoy the new Estimate status for Properties. For example, when you have a "free estimate" module on your website, you can send the Property to SweepBright and give it the Estimate status for super easy follow-up!
Manage Life Annuity 🏡
On a property For Sale, go to Details → Price and find the new Life Annuity checkbox. Once you check the box, a few more options appear, such as the Maximum Duration, Advance and Monthly Rent.

Browse your photo albums on the iOS App when you open the photo picker from Property → Images. You’ll find the icon in the bottom left.
Share photos to the SweepBright Android App from any other app, and upload them directly to a Property’s Images section.
Send the Sales Report to Owners, from your Android App.
See the Asking Price/Rent with decimal details in list views. For example, when a property has an Asking Rent of €500,25, we show it as €500,25 in the list views.
When you request an image via e-mail, the person uploading images can now only upload real images. No more PDF's, or worse, Excel files with images!
Easily copy a label ID from the Company → Labels panel on the Web App.

What's Fixed
All Apps
There were some edge cases where the counter for the amount of publication errors did not work correctly. That's now fixed!
Assigning a property to people who can be active in multiple teams works more reliably now.
When the Minimum Condition preference is set as
null, we display it aspoor.
Zapier
Setting the locale when creating a contact via Zapier works again.
Website API
When you create a lead via the Website API, and send it to a specific Team (
office) we always create the lead in that team, regardless of whether the lead already existed in the Company.
Web App
Translations of error messages when publishing to Facebook are better.
Fixed saving number of units on properties of type land.
Loading timelines with links to Properties or Contacts you are not supposed to see works better now.
iOS App
The app no longer freezes on big datasets.
The app no longer logs you out when it encounters incorrectly formatted data in the Images section of a Property.
When you create a shower room, it will now show up on the Android App and Web App.
