You can add location preferences from your web app in three different ways:

  • Choose a Template
  • Draw on map (web only)
  • Postcode/Zip (mobile & web)

Option 1:  Template

You can add as many templates as you like and you will also be able to use these templates for every contact you create.

Firstly you will need to create the Location Templates

  1. Go to Company & Teams
  2. Select your Team  
  3. Click on Location Templates
  4. Here you can click on Add Template 
  5. Click on the pencil icon to edit templates

Now you are ready to start adding these templates to Leads. 

  1. Go to Contacts
  2. Select a Contact
  3. Click on Preferences
  4. Click on Add preference
  5. Click on Choose Template
  6. Just add the template(s) you created to your contacts

Option 2: Draw on map

This specific preference will only be available for this contact.

  1. Click on Draw On Map
  2. Go to your location using your mouse and the zoom in/out buttons (+/-)
  3. Click on Draw Region
  4. Pointer will change to a “+”
  5. Start drawing your area by clicking on the map
  6. Click on Add Preference

The preference will appear in the list and you can edit it by clicking on the pencil on the right.


Option 3: Select postcode

This specific preference will only be available for this contact.

  1. Fill in a name for your preference
  2. Choose your Country
  3. Fill in Postcode/ZIP
  4. Click on Add Preference

The preference will appear in the list and you can edit it by clicking on the pencil on the right.
