Setting up a forward in your mailbox can be useful if you want to forward specific SweepBright mails or setup parsing (to push leads from mails into SweepBright).

An autoforward rule will only work when you have a specific mail(template) that always looks the same (same sender, content etc). The configuration itself depends on the mailprogram you are using. Find below an explanation article for the 'big 3': 

In case you only want to send specific mails, make sure you identify unique and exclusive conditional rules e.g. in case you want to forward lead mails from Immoweb don't just include sender: [email protected] but also mention the words in title 'Reactie op zoekertje' 👍
