If you don't appear in the list of collaborators when you want to schedule a visit, it's likely because you haven't connected your calendar to SweepBright.
Here's how to connect your calendar to SweepBright (WebApp):
Click on "Profile" at the top right corner.
Click on "Calendar".
Click on "Connect Calendar".
Then grant all necessary access permissions, select the relevant calendar, and connect your calendar.
