Your owner doesn't agree with the buyer's price and makes a counter-offer? No problem!

1- Click on your property, then the "Offers" tab.

2- Click on the "Refuse" button of your pending offer, then "Refuse with a counter offer".

3- Enter the counter-offer or edit, if necessary, your different fees and charges in order to find the right balance between the different parties.

4- Click on "Add offer" to validate your counter offer.

And that's it! All you have to do is wait for your buyer's answer 😎
