1- Go to the list of your assets and then click on "Table View" at the top right of your WebApp.
2- Click on the drop down list to the right of your search bar.
Filter on "Highest Offer" to see the highest offer for your property.
👉 A black arrow pointing down means the highest offer made by the buyer is lower than the owner's asking price.
👉 A green arrow pointing up means the highest offer made by the buyer is higher than the owner's asking price.
👉 An "=" symbol means the highest offer made by the buyer is equal to the owner's asking price.
Filter on "Offers" to see the number of pending offers or those accepted.
👉 A number corresponding to the number of pending offers appears if you have not yet accepted or rejected them.
👉 An "Accepted" message means that you have indeed validated the offer after consulting the different parties.
Filter on "Next Offer Expires" to know for how long the offer is valid.
