The first month of the year is now over. For me, it was all about making reviewing 2021 in details and giving life to my new year resolutions !
One of my resolutions was to give you some news every month in this newsletter format (Yes consider yourselves VIPs ).
So for this first edition, and also to stay in the review and summary mood, I suggest we do a little recap of what 2021 was like at SweepBright !
First of all, a number really caught our attention. In 2021, you posted more 130 000 properties on different portals from SweepBright 💙

In 2021, a lot of new features and updates were made in SweepBright. Some of them became your favorites quite fast ! Let's discover the Top 3 !
Text recognition feature
Scan documents with your iPhone directly from Docs & Plans !
With this new feature, see which Seller or Buyer registered in SweepBright is calling you. No need to have their contacts in your phone to recognize them !
🆕 New fields for more precision 🆕
Houses now have more subtypes:
Taxes and recurring costs
All properties now have a Property Tax field and all properties " To Let "now have a Recurring Costs field.
All of this data is available on the Website API, and it will also show up on Publication Channels that support them.
📣 New channels and portals 📣
Fresh new portals just for you !
A lot of new portals were integrated last year. Spoiler alert: it is just the beginning !
Multiple Website API Channels
Company Administrators can find the new Website API (formerly known as Public API) channel in Channels → Portals. From here, you can create as many Website API channels as you want. You can give each one of them a unique name, and you can update Webhooks and get the Client ID and Client Secret immediately from SweepBright.
⚡️ New automations ⚡️
One of our mission at SweepBright is to help you automate your tasks easily and efficiently. So we decided to create some cool automations in Zapier for you guys !
✨ New actions !
Get links to all Images, Plans, and get all info (36 fields) from Vendors and Buyers when someone triggers one of the following: Property Status Changed, Property Created or Updated, Offer Created, Non-Exclusive Agreement Created, Exclusive Agreement Created, Property Sheet Created, Property Folder Created, Lease or Purchase Agreement Created.
You can find the new fields as: Public Images, Public Plans, Vendors * and Buyers *.
Get the Property ID and Visit Title when someone triggers New Visit Scheduled.
