How can I send a Sales Report to an Owner?

If your Owner is happy, you are happy. If you are happy, we are happy. Therefore, we've got the possibility to send a Sales Report. Keep your Owner updated about the progress on the sale of their properties. You can send feedback to the Owner after an interaction with a Lead.

  1. Go to Contacts

  2. Select the Owner you would like to send a report to

  3. Select Report

  4. Select Mail Report. You can find a list of all properties for sale or to let by that Owner.

  5. You can add a message before sending out the report.

  6. The Owner will receive a mail with the report of the interaction history of all their properties you manage.

This way the Owner will get feedback by email, with a complete history of the interactions on this specific property.

The following interactions are listed (and thus reported to the vendor): 

  • matching Mails to contacts via Match

  • Calls triggered from SweepBright

  • Visit that are scheduled or registered

  • Messages that were sent
