If your vendor is happy, you are happy. If you are happy, we are happy. Therefore, we've got the possibility to send a vendor report. Keep your vendor updated about the progress on the sale of his properties. You can send feedback to the Vendor (owner) after an interaction with a lead.

  1. Go to Contacts
  2. Select the Vendor you would like to send a report to

3. Select Report

4. Select Mail Report. You can find a list of all properties for sale or to let by that vendor. 

5. You can add a message before sending out the report.

6. The vendor will receive a mail with the report of the interaction history of all his properties you manage.

This way the vendor will get feedback by email, with a complete history of the interactions on this specific property.

The following interaction are listed (and thus reported to the vendor): 

  • matching Mails to contacts via Match
  • Calls triggered from SweepBright
  • Visit that are scheduled or registered
  • Messages that were sent
