If you cannot see the latest version of your agency website, chances are your browser is 'remembering' an older version. It might help to refresh your browser or even clear your cache. 

Why would you need to refresh/clear your cache?
After changes have been made, your computer might still be reading an older version stored in your cache memory. When you publish an update, the change are not shown without refreshing the specific page or site.
