You can decide who of your team manages the unassigned leads that come in via the website 'get personal updates'.
Go to the SweepBright menu and select Company & Teams
Go to your company in the left bar, which is the first icon on top of the list
Select Unassigned leads
Select who is going to follow up on incoming leads (yourself or a team member)
Assign new incoming leads to a certain team
Hit the Save button
Did you know? You can multi-select by checking first all boxes and then Assign selected
