Go to Contacts
Select the Vendor you would like to send a report to
Select Report
Select Mail Report. You can find a list of all properties for sale or to let by that vendor.
5. Write your mail to the vendor and Send Mail
6. The vendor will receive a mail with the report of the interaction history of all his properties you manage
