Learn about the difference between a Member, Editor, Team Administrator and Company Administrator.

Updated over a week ago

In SweepBright you can invite colleagues and give them a role. You can also assign them to one or multiple Teams.

💡Reminder: Teams are a way to organise Properties and Contacts. For example: a person in Team Liège will not see the Properties and Contacts for Team Gent.

But what is the difference in terms of editing, viewing and other rights?

Short version

  • Company Administrator: is the main administrator of the SweepBright account. This can be one or more people, but should be limited only to people who have the right to manage everything.

  • Team Administrator: is the administrator of one or more specific Teams. Typically a sales manager or regional boss. Colleagues with this role have all read and write rights for the Teams they are part of. They can also manage all Team Settings and invite new Colleagues to their Teams.

  • Editor: can manage all Properties and Contacts in their Teams. Typically an assistant.

  • Member: is the standard role of a Colleague. This person can only manage the Properties or Contacts they are assigned to. They can see all the Properties and Contacts in their Teams.
