How to add a new lead or vendor in SweepBright’s Web App?

How can I add a new contact?

When a prospect calls or visits the agency for the first time, take advantage of the opportunity to create a contact on SweepBright and keep track of the information!

Here's how to do it on the Web App:

  1. Use the command palette, or simply click on the "Add contact" icon in the top bar.

  2. Choose whether it is a Lead or a Owner, then enter these details:

    1. Enter his First name and Last name

    2. Enter at least 1 of the possible contacts (Phone or E-mail), otherwise the contact cannot be saved!

    3. Choose the Language of this contact, then click "Add".

  3. The main part is done! But you can specify other information:

    1. Enter his Company if necessary.

    2. Add an Picture to put a face on this information!

    3. Add information about their address.

This was the "Contact Info" tab, but two other tabs are available!

  1. The "Notes" tab, which allows you to register other information that may be useful to you in the future.

  2. The "Settings" tab, in which you can change the contact's Language or the Negotiator assigned .

Save! And your contact is added perfectly! To go further, it will be essential to add his preferences!
